here is the recipe for their version of Waldorf Salad.

Ruby Tuesday's Apple Salad


1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar

Salad
2 cups chopped red delicious, fuji, or granny smith apples
2 cups chopped granny smith apples
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans, candied
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Butterhead lettuce leaves for serving

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice.
Refrigerate, covered until salad is prepared.

Soak craisins in 1 cup boiling water until softened, about 10 minutes. Drain.

Add chopped apples, celery, craisins, and pecans in large bowl. Mix. Add sour cream mayonnasie dressing, fold in gently to coat all the salad ingredients.

Arrange lettuce leaves on platter. Spoon salad over.
